RIP Maurice Sendak (June 10, 1928 – May 8, 2012).
I’m sure this quote is already circulating, but I just woke up, so:
“Once a little boy sent me a charming card with a little drawing on it. I loved it. I answer all my children’s letters — sometimes very hastily — but this one I lingered over. I sent him a card and I drew a picture of a Wild Thing on it. I wrote, “Dear Jim: I loved your card.” Then I got a letter back from his mother and she said, “Jim loved your card so much he ate it.” That to me was one of the highest compliments I’ve ever received. He didn’t care that it was an original Maurice Sendak drawing or anything. He saw it, he loved it, he ate it.”

Anonymous asked: I think everyone needs to lighten up a little on Blaine. I mean he’s been through so much. An unplanned pregnancy at 16, his family throwing him out of the house, his boyfriend cheating on him, giving up his child for adoption, being ostracized from everyone he thought had loved him, getting hit by a fucking truck. Blaine’s a fighter, I dk what people are so upset about.
Via At the end of the day...So, as we all know, there are still a little over 4 weeks left before Glee will return and we can finally bitch again about whatever the writers have come up with concerning our favourite characters’ storylines.
